The princely states of India, once rulers of diverse regions through centuries and colonial eras, were symbols of cultural and culinary richness. Prince and the Peacock is a tribute to the contributions of this era, when royal kitchens were places of innovation, blending local traditions with Persian, Turkish and Mughlai influences to create a cuisine that was as diverse as it was divine.
Spilling out onto the terrace alongside the majestic Dining Room is a lush space overflowing with green foliage reminiscent of British heritage gardens where guests will find respite in the form of the city's finest gin and tonics.
Jack’s Racquet Room is our homage to the sports rooms that exist at prestigious recreational clubs in and around the Indian subcontinent, offering an escape into the boisterous atmosphere of a sports lounge with the feel of a storied members’ institution.
